Victor Ducoulombier began his career as a junior SAP admin at oXya in France and has since progressed through various roles across the globe. From establishing himself as a senior SAP admin in New York, he expanded oXya’s presence in Canada and later in Denver. Now, as the Vice President of Business Transformation, Victor drives strategic initiatives to streamline operations, create new revenue streams, and forge strategic partnerships, leveraging his deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of oXya.
His notable achievements include successfully opening and developing oXya’s agencies in Canada and Denver. Known for his strategic thinking, leadership, and results-oriented mindset, Victor plays a key role in transforming oXya’s business landscape.
Outside of work, Victor is passionate about sports, particularly soccer and hiking. An avid chess player and the President of the Rocky Mountain French Chamber of Commerce, Victor has been instrumental in building a strong and active community across multiple states.
