Senior VP Customer Experience

Phil Gosset began his career as an SAP developer after earning his IT degree, quickly moving into consulting and later joining oXya France. He advanced through various roles, from SAP Expert to Business Developer, before transitioning to oXya’s US division.

Now, as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, Phil drives customer satisfaction and growth, leveraging his extensive background in SAP and critical application management. He and his team focus on aligning services with customer needs, fostering long-term relationships and operational excellence.
Phil has been instrumental in standardizing customer experience processes and implementing specialized tools that enhance efficiency and satisfaction.

His contributions to sales efforts have secured significant new clients, while his role in the executive team helps shape oXya’s strategic direction in the US. With a hands-on leadership style, he frequently joins customer meetings to provide technical insights and support his team.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys photography, design, and furniture making. He’s also a coffee enthusiast, proudly operating a professional La Marzocco espresso machine to perfect his craft.
