2023 oXya Customer Satisfaction Survey – oXya Delivers Strong Results

In June 2023, oXya conducted its biennial customer satisfaction survey, facilitated by People Vox. A total of 323 customers participated, providing valuable feedback on their experience with oXya.

The Results Speak for Themselves

The survey results underscore the high level of service oXya delivers:

  • 99% of our customers are satisfied with their partnership with oXya.
  • 97% would confidently recommend oXya to others.
  • oXya’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) stands at an impressive +76.

The top three terms customers use to describe oXya are: Expertise, Responsiveness, and Availability.

Customers particularly praised oXya’s support throughout major projects, such as upgrades, transitions to S/4HANA, or cloud migrations. Confidence in oXya’s expertise extends beyond SAP to other critical applications as well, with :

  • An 8.7/10 satisfaction rating for managed services.
  • 97% of customers recommending oXya for these services.

 

What do customers expect?

Areas for Improvement Customers also expressed a desire for greater automation, increased innovation, and more feedback on customer experiences. oXya is fully committed to addressing these expectations and continuously enhancing its offerings.
