oXya Benelux:
A service center is based in Kortrijk (Belgium), for our customers in the Benelux region. The employees are at least trilingual Dutch/French/English, which facilitates the advisory exchanges in facilities management solutions or consulting in the region. Being close by our datacenters in France, Benelux customers can use datacenter space there or choose in desired for datacenter space at one of our partners. We have monitoring teams 24/24 7/7 on premise and operations teams on guard for 2nd and 3rd level support.

oXya’s head quarters are based in Europe, France. Place of origin, and where the data centers we own are located.

The local and international strategies of the group are decided at Issy-les-Moulineaux, near Paris. It is also there that the services procedures for large client accounts are defined.

The subsidiaries rely upon Europe, to benefit from the group’s competences and infrastructures. Europe relies on the subsidiaries to back up its teams dedicated to the clients, as part of its follow the sun policy. It is equally enriched by the know-how of local cultures and their subsidiaries.

From the head office at Issy-les-Moulineaux, strategy implementation policies are conceived; human resources, and support functions are also located there.

Hosting infrastructures for Europe are located in France.
